Sometimes, the default settings on mobile devices cause certain apps to have trouble connecting to the Internet. In this article, I cover the steps that fixed this issue on my Android device while using mobile data.
Go to Settings
Search for and open "Access Point Names" (APNs) in your device's settings.
Edit an Access Point
There is usually a list of access points you can choose from. Edit the active access point.
Set Proxy
Make sure "Proxy" is not set.
Set APN protocol
Make sure "APN protocol" and "APN roaming protocol" are both set to "IPv4/IPv6".
That's all folks!
I hope the above instructions solve your connection issue too. Special thanks to the-code-raider for requesting this article.
